Oh, God of our fathers
Thou Sovereign of good
Lead us to safety
And peace
If You would

Be the light that doth guide us
And find us be placed
Where motives are righteous
And love is embraced

Where Christ reigns resplendent
And angels abide

And there's beauty
And nothing beside

Then teach us to know
That its only the start
Of a kingdom prepared
To begin in the heart

And then, Oh, Dear Father
Let our hearts melt away
And we will be Thy kingdom
